本プライバシーポリシーは、スマートフォン向けアプリ「Paletta: Color Region Puzzle」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における、利用者情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。
This Privacy Policy explains how user information is handled in the smartphone app “Paletta: Color Region Puzzle” (the “App”).
本アプリでは、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号その他の個人を特定できる情報を、開発者が直接収集することはありません。
また、本アプリには会員登録やログイン機能はありません。
The developer does not directly collect any personally identifiable information, such as name, email address, or phone number, through the App.
The App also has no account registration or login function.
本アプリは、本アプリの機能を提供するために必要な情報を利用者の端末内に保存します。
利用状況分析を許可している場合は、アプリの設定および利用状況に関する情報が、後述するGoogle Analytics for Firebaseへ送信されます。その他の端末内データは、開発者が管理するサーバーには送信されません。
端末内の情報は、原則として本アプリをアンインストールすることで削除されます。
ただし、端末のバックアップ設定によっては、Androidのバックアップ機能を通じて、これらの情報がバックアップおよび復元される場合があります。
また、広告削除機能の購入履歴および購入状態は、Google Playのシステムによって管理されます。
The App stores information on your device as necessary to provide its functions.
If usage analytics is enabled, information about app settings and usage is sent to Google Analytics for Firebase as described below. Other data stored on your device is not sent to servers managed by the developer.
Information stored on your device is generally deleted when you uninstall the App.
However, depending on your device’s backup settings, this information may be backed up and restored through Android’s backup function.
In addition, the purchase history and purchase status for the ad-removal feature are managed by the Google Play system.

The App uses the following third-party services for usage analytics, ad delivery, and in-app purchase processing.
These services may collect or process device identifiers such as advertising IDs, app usage information, and other data in accordance with each company’s privacy policy. Data sent to these services is encrypted in transit.
本アプリは、広告を配信するためにGoogle AdMobを使用しています。
Google AdMobは、広告の表示、広告配信の最適化、広告効果の測定、不正行為の防止などのために、IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその現在地、広告IDなどのデバイス識別子、アプリの操作情報および診断情報を収集または共有する場合があります。

The App uses Google AdMob to deliver advertisements.
Google AdMob may collect or share approximate location inferred from IP addresses, device identifiers such as advertising IDs, app interaction information, and diagnostic information to display and optimize ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud.

本アプリは、アプリの利用状況を分析し、機能および操作性を改善するため、Google Analytics for Firebaseを使用します。利用状況分析が有効な場合、次の情報を収集します。
本アプリは、氏名、メールアドレスなど、利用者を直接特定する情報をAnalyticsへ送信しません。AdMobによる広告配信のための処理は、Analyticsとは別に行われます。
Google Analyticsで収集し、分析のために保存したデータには、約2か月の保持期間を設定しています。保持期間を経過したデータは削除します。データへのアクセスは開発者に限定されます。
設定画面の「利用状況データの送信」をオフにすると、今後のAnalytics収集を停止できます。停止前に送信済みのデータは個別には削除されず、設定した保持期間に従って削除されます。
The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase to analyze app usage and improve its features and usability. When usage analytics is enabled, the App collects:
The App does not send information that directly identifies you, such as your name or email address, to Analytics. Processing performed by AdMob for ad delivery is handled separately from Analytics.
Data collected through Google Analytics and stored for analysis is subject to a retention period of approximately two months. Data is deleted after the retention period expires. Access to the data is limited to the developer.
You can stop future Analytics collection by turning off “Share usage data” in Settings. Data already sent is not deleted individually and remains subject to the configured retention periods.

本アプリは、Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）を使用し、利用者の地域と適用される要件に応じて、広告およびAnalyticsに関する同意またはプライバシーの選択を表示します。必要な選択が確定する前は、Analytics収集および広告リクエストを開始しません。地域や選択内容によっては、設定画面に「プライバシーの選択」が表示され、後から内容を確認または変更できます。
The App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present consent or privacy choices for ads and Analytics when required based on the user’s region and applicable requirements. Analytics collection and ad requests do not begin before the required choices are resolved. Depending on the region and choices, a “Privacy choices” item is shown in Settings so that the choices can be reviewed or changed later.
